ShulkerRoadCrypt: Discord Message Encryption Plugin
ShulkerRoadCrypt is a Chrome add-on developed by ShulkerRoad. It is a free program that falls under the category of Browsers and the subcategory of Add-ons & Tools. This plugin provides end-to-end client-side encryption for your messages and files in Discord, with automatic key exchange.
Upon opening Discord, users are prompted to create their own local database. Once the database is set up and ready, encryption can be enabled by toggling the lock icon at the top of the channel. Users can also choose the key to be used for encryption. Additional options are available in the menu, accessible by right-clicking the lock icon. It is important to note that DM channels have different encryption options compared to group channels, allowing for global encrypted communication.
